About Darlene

I have experience with autistic kids, both verbal and non-verbal, and I'm willing to get CPR trained. I'm patient, understanding, and joyful. I love working with kids and am seeking a job with wonderful kids and parents to foster good life skills and make meaningful connections. I started working with kids in my early teens, which grew into a passion for helping families. I cook, clean, bake, and tutor. In my spare time, I play the flute, read, spend time with friends, and travel. I love routines but also enjoy a bit of adventure. My skills include vigilance to prevent falls, understanding children's feelings, and adapting to any situation. My calm demeanor helps me navigate both sticky and fun situations to ensure everyone has a good time.
