Hello, I am currently looking to work with a new family beginning this summer or fall. My time with the current family I have been with for almost 5 years is coming to an end. In my previous employment I was an office manager for a TK-8th grade charter school. I have taught preschool in a traditional setting, worked with infants and toddlers in a Montessori preschool, and as a teacher's assistant at the elementary grade level. I also have 3 years experience in working with homeschooled children. I thoroughly enjoy working with children, it gives me great pleasure to know that I can have a positive impact on their lives and thus our future. I can not say enough wonderful things about Darlene. She has been with my family for the past 5 years. She has provided exceptional care to my 3 children and become a huge part of our lives. She has assisted with transportation, homework and general caregiving after school. She is incredibly reliable. She is also flexible and easily adjusts to changes in schedule and needs. The care and concern she has provided my children has been unmatched from the time they were in elementary school until high school. Darlene is a fantastic caregiver and would provide exceptional care for the next family she works with.
