About Darina

Hello! My name is Darina. I'm from West Hartford, CT. I have 6 1/2 + years of experience in childcare/nannying (2 months - 13 years old). I worked at Renbrook School as a lifeguard/camp counselor. Walking outside with your little one and going to activities nearby, the playground and providing structured activities throughout the day. Putting down for scheduled naps 1-2 times a day and preparing meals for the week - lunch and snacks. Engaging with your toddler in playing with games, toys, reading and going outside. Doing housekeeping chores around the house, washing dishes, folding your little ones laundry, cleaning up their bedroom and toy area. A bit about my background- I was a lifeguard, I have done lots of consistent long term sitting. The youngest i've watched was 2 months old, I have lots of infant/ toddler experience and I've helped out with special needs kids too. I take staying healthy serious!
