Phone interview went well and in person Interview. She was on time early for the interview, but after confirming details and going over hiring her the next day as a trial run with pay, she messaged me in the morning the day of start. She can't do the job that she felt she was not able to do, after telling me in the interview I am not flaky like other people, I will always show up! She was very excited to work with me and excited for the job and she said she could do it. I am quite shocked and disappointed. Please be aware when hiring her. She seems like she's very interested and ready to go and really wants the job telling me over and over, and then canceled last minute! Not ok
