Darian has been our nanny for eight months but now our schedule is changing as our 2 going on 3 year old daughter starts preschool full time. We are going to miss Darian so much! Darian is very reliable, on time and keeps us updated if she is sick or any delays arise. She's incredibly patient, spending all day with a toddler, supporting her through potty training and meltdowns. She's very calm and listens to any requests we have. Our daughter has grown very close to her too. Darian also does some light housekeeping during our daughter's naps, which we really appreciate.
