I came to the U. S. from England at the age of 13 and lived in California until establishing my roots in the surrounding Austin area in recent years. After dedicating time at 19 to assist in taking care of my family, I embarked on my first job in childcare. It was during this period that I assumed my initial role as a teaching assistant, little did I know the 6-year journey it would set me on! I am immensely grateful to my previous employer who supported me in pursuing college courses in Early Childhood Education. This marked the moment when I officially transitioned my major to ECE. Subsequently, I accrued numerous years of experience as a nanny for some truly incredible families who embraced me as a part of their homes. Additionally, I gained teaching experience at some exceptional preschools. Fortuitously, I was promoted to the role of Enrollment Director in my most recent position.

Darcy is an absolute gem. She was our full time nanny for our toddler and infant with feeding challenges. I was skeptical that we could find someone who would be able to juggle all of the duties that come with caring for two young children but Darcy exceeded all of my expectations. She is smart, thoughtful, energetic, creative, reliable and trustworthy. She immediately established deep connections with our girls, planned fun activities, and willingly took them to parks, playgrounds and extracurriculars. Any family would be lucky to have her!
