We hired Darcy to take care of our 1.5 year old toddler about 5 months ago. In a few short weeks, Darcy quickly became a wonderful addition to our little family. She is extremely punctual, dependable (never taken a sick day!), flexible, talented (graphic designer!) and always prioritizes the well-being and happiness of our son! She has taken utmost care in his development and brings happiness to him and into our home every single day. In addition to childcare, she is great at light housework, errands, grocery shopping, cooking, pickups/drop offs and coming up with creative ways to engage our son, such as weekly trips to the library, museums, parks, the zoo etc. But my favorite example of just how dedicated Darcy is that she signed up for evening/weekend classes at BU to learn our native language so she could help our son as he was just starting to learn his first words. We didn't even ask her to do it and were truly amazed by her initiative! Above all, she is a truly genuine and loving person and we are lucky to have her in our lives.
