Darcy was on-time for her in-person interview on Tuesday, and seemed like she would be fantastic for my needs. We agreed that she would start the following Tuesday afternoon. The morning of the day that she was to start, she messaged me and informed me that her regular job had increased hours, and therefore she could not take my housekeeping job. Thus, I give her a "three" for her punctuality and commutation. And benefit of the doubt for the rest.
