About Darcie

I'm a certified teacher with 34 years of experience in a public school system. My passion for fostering the growth and development of children led me to pursue a career as a teacher and childcare provider. I believe in making a positive impact on their lives through patient and friendly guidance. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I'm very comfortable doing so in a way that's both firm and nurturing. I enjoy playing board games and puzzles with children, as well as educational games that promote learning. I'm comfortable caring for one-two children at a time, and I'm experienced in caring for children between the ages of 0-11, and prefer ages 0-5. I communicate with parents about their child's day and any issues that arise through verbal communication at pick-up time. I'm confident in my ability to provide a safe and nurturing environment for your child. I look forward to meeting you and your family!
