Caring for an aging family member for four years has taught me so much about senior care, mostly how rewarding it feels to truly be of service to someone in need of help at home. As a yoga and meditation teacher and avid health food cook, I'm excited to offer my services to a family with similar values. In addition to providing personalized, attentive care and companionship, if needed I can also clean house using my own simple, non-toxic products, and help to organize and maintain a safe and beautiful environment for you or your loved one. I'm also a professional driver with almost 30 years of experience behind the wheel. So you can trust me to get us to the doctor appointments safely and on time! Or to the market, the park, wherever you need to go. I enjoy playing cards, board games, etc, listening to stories and engaging in conversation on a wide range of topics. I am available full-time.
