About Daphne

For academic work, I have been a paid assistant teacher for after-school and summer school classes for 2 years previously, where I led classes, created curriculum, and tutored students PreK-8th. I am familiar with Common Core Math and English. I have been paid for academic essay editing up to university level, and I edit creative writing projects on my own time. For music work, I started playing piano at 4-years-old and graduated from the Colburn School of Performing Arts for Piano Performance. I have competed at many competitions, and have performed with the LA Chamber Orchestra and with the Glendale Youth Orchestra as a soloist. I have also played on the radio as part of a chamber music group. In total, I have at least 20 years of piano experience, despite not pursuing piano as a career. I would be glad to provide my services as a practice trainer or instructor for you or your child. I can also be hired as a practice accompanist for voice and instrument practice and performance.
