About Danya

After caring for and babysitting my younger cousins and other kids in the community for several years, I'm looking to gain professional experience in child care. I'm 20 years old and an undergraduate student at the UMN-TC where I'm currently in the process of earning a bachelor's degree in psychology - I'm hoping to be a therapist/counselor after I graduate. Because of my ongoing experience in school, I am qualified and more than willing to help with tutoring in any subject for any grade! I've worked at Caribou Coffee in Rochester, MN for the past four years, but I'm looking to upgrade my experiences and skills by finding a job that will allow me to do so, which is why caregiving would be great for me! My skills and attributes include: critical thinking, problem solving, quick learning, communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, multitasking, and I'm fluent in English and intermediate in both Spanish and Arabic.
