During this time, I have had training in conscious discipline: a classroom style focused on social/emotional intelligence and helping kids understand their feelings while gently redirecting problematic behavior. I am a patient, warm, and friendly presence. I'm also attentive to kids' needs and prioritize letting them safely be kids. I am fluent in American Sign Language and use it daily. I am looking for a nannying role. I am also willing and happy to babysit, meal prep, and chauffeur children to and from school and extracurriculars. Danni is so sweet, caring and knowledgable about early childhood needs. She has worked in nursery schools for years and has a firm grasp on what she’s doing. She’s playful, talks a lot with my kid and even signs! She will always give me a rundown of her time with my child, and where they are excelling in. She will also give me the heads up if there are any developmental areas to watch. She’s punctual and reliable. A great addition to our family.
