I’ve been playing phone tag with Danika for a while and was finally able to reach her. She agreed to the shifts for my mother and called the same day to report that she cannot make it. Before that, she advised that she was going to confirm if she could make a shift and didn’t call back. Caregivers need to realize that seniors really rely on them for their daily needs. I understand that things come up but to call an hour before a shift starts to cancel and not returning calls is unprofessional. I will not recommend this caregiver because reliability is important to me.
