Daniel has been our full time nanny for almost six months and we have loved having them in our family. Dan is always on time and has never called in sick, and brings so much positive energy to our home. We can tell they really care about our son and gave a full report at the end of each day, often coming up with their own fun activities. Before Dan, our toddler was less confident in climbing and walking, and Dan created a physical fitness routine using their educational background that has really helped our toddler climb, run, and jump with more confidence. Our son is now much more confident and excited about climbing stairs, which I know Dan spent a lot of time doing with him. I could also tell that Dan cared deeply in helping our toddler develop social skills and learn how to engage with other kids. Dan is very social and was a great role model for our son. They have a strong bond and our son often says "I had so much fun with Dan" and "I love Dan". I also appreciate that Dan took a great deal of initiative in doing tasks around our home, which they always did quickly and with a positive attitude. They are a quick learner and very intelligent, often solving problems on their own but also appropriately asking for input as needed. Dan is very professional, but also feels like having a close friend in our home. We feel truly lucky to have had Dan in our family and would recommend them 100% without reservation! Dan is moving out of state for a great career opportunity and we are so excited for them, but also really sad to lose them.
