I have hired Danielle for assistance with my 1 year old and 5 year old. She has come in the mornings to assist me in getting them ready for daycare. She helps get them dressed, teeth brushed, face washed, and packing their diaper bags. and she has dropped them off for me. I have also hired her to watch them for 2 hours while I go to the gym on a last minute basis. She assisted in finishing a dinner that I started before leaving out. She is very patient with children, and has shown to be reliable.
