My goal is to establish and maintain good relationships with pets and their owners by creating a lasting customer experience. I am looking to build a mutually beneficial relationship that consists of customer growth and satisfaction. Would love to be part a work place that will enhance my grooming techniques and where my education and growth, are just as important as the clients and pets in care. I have 3 years in the grooming field, and 10 years in customer service. I love animals and get great joy out of caring for them. I treat all pets as if they are my own, I give lots of love and cuddles and play time. . Excellent customer service and communication skills. . Ability to multitask within a fast past environment. . Great at working in group settings with experience in multiple Point of Sale (POS) Systems. . Three years' experience in grooming, bathing, nail trimming, and ear cleaning with both cats and dogs. . Five years' experience as dog walker and sitter.
