About Danielle

As a caregiver, my passion lies in nurturing children's growth and development. With 15 years of experience, I've had the privilege of caring for up to 18 children with the assistance of my co-teacher, substituting for children from pre-k to high school ranging from newborns to 18-year-olds. My patient and calm nature, coupled with my creativity and friendly approach, allows me to connect with children on a personal level. I believe in open communication with parents and provide daily written reports and verbal updates at pickup. My approach to enforcing household rules is guided by the parents' preferences, ensuring a consistent and nurturing environment for the children. My diverse skill set includes First Aid and CPR training, as well as certifications as a Nursing Assistant and Teacher. I possess Early Childhood Education (ECE) qualifications, hold a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, have completed coursework in early child development, psychology and behavior.
