Daniella, in all the 24 years that I have known her, has been a genuinely loving, caring, capable, self-disciplined, and knowledgeable caregiver. Since the start, and well before the birth of our son, I found that she was always acquiring new knowledge and experiences to continually strengthen her care-giving foundation. She has always demonstrated to me a sense of self-improvement through reflection, education, and proactive analysis. Likewise, Daniella has the innate capacity to lovingly support age-appropriate growth and development to all of her children in her charge. Her dedication to her adopted work family as well as the years she has dedicated to our own family continues to prove to me that any loving home lucky enough to accept Daniella into their household is indeed blessed with a fortunate and warm environment of security and growth.
