We had a great interview with Dani for a nanny position for our newborn but then unexpectedly had a daycare spot open up, and weren't a fit for the full-time position she was seeking. However, I am leaving this review from both our interview + having had the opportunity to speak with her references, including 3 physician-mom families with whom she nannied in the last several years. They spoke about her loving nature, engagement with children, strong work ethic, great attitude, and flexibility with their unpredictable schedules. They all endorsed her and felt that they were able to trust her to keep their kids safe. She still babysits for some of them intermittently, and we're gladly keeping her contact info in case it would work for her to babysit for us sometime!
