About Danica

I'd describe my personality as grounded, thoughtful, and kind. I like working with animals because they bring a sense of peace and love into my life. I feel comforted by the presence of animals and think they are beautiful beings. I am available to pet sit your dog(s) overnight or daily at my home for up to two weeks. I started working with animals when I was very young. My family always had dogs and cats. I grew to love them from a young age. In my spare time, I like to go for hikes, bike ride, paint, sew, hang out with my cat, Nickel, do DIY projects at home, and photography. One thing you should know about me is I work from home with a flexible schedule, so I can take frequent breaks to go for walks with your dog, and take then to parks or cafes to socialize. My skills include lots of attention giving in the form of playing, walking, cuddling. Patience with stubborn or difficult dogs, and the ability to administer/keep track of medications.
