About Dania

As a soon-to-be certified inclusive social studies teacher, with three years of experience as a childcare provider, my background lies in working with children of all ages. My experience as a K-12 substitute teacher has taught me the importance of patience, empathy, and support when interacting with students. Growing up in a large family, I naturally developed caregiving skills, looking after my younger siblings. I communicate with parents about their child's day and any issues that arise, either verbally at pickup or through their preferred method of communication. My approach to enforcing household rules is guided by the parents' lead. Children enjoy playing board games, puzzles, educational games, and technology-based games and apps with me. I'm comfortable caring for two children at a time, and my experience spans age groups from four to 11 and 12 and up. I speak both Arabic and English.
