Hello! My name is Dania J. and I am a graduate from Elizabeth City State University. I have always been drawn to caregiving and have a passion for nurturing children's growth and development . I have four years of experience caring for children of various ages. I enjoy watching the growth of kids throughout this journey and how positively I impact their life. My approach to childcare is centered around patience, creativity, and building positive relationships with the children I care for. I believe in fostering a safe, stimulating environment where children can thrive and learn. I enjoy engaging children in outdoor activities, playing educational games, and using my creativity to make learning fun. I understand the importance of clear communication with parents and I am open to preferred methods whether it's written daily reports or verbal communication during pickup. I always strive to keep parents informed about their child's day and any information regarding the child.
