Hi everyone! My name is Dania and I am a 27 yr old education professional with 6 years of experience working with children in diverse school settings. My background includes roles as a Student Success Coach in an inner-city Boston school, a 5th grade teacher, and a teaching assistant for a 3rd and 4th grade classroom. Currently, I work as a behavior interventionist at an elementary school, supporting students from Kinder through 6th while simultaneously being a school counseling intern at Edgewood ISD. This Dec 2025, I'll be graduating with my Masters in Counseling at UTSA. This has deepened my understanding of child development and effective communication strategies. When not working with children, I enjoy running, exploring the outdoors, and discovering new restaurants. We feel incredibly lucky to have found, Dania. Her background in education really shines through in her interactions with our children. She engages in play, she’s fun and engages with our kids. She is firm when it comes to expectations and boundaries, which my partner and I appreciate.
