As a caregiver with three years of experience, I'm passionate about enriching the lives of children. My journey into childcare began with fulfilling babysitting roles, which solidified my desire to positively impact young minds and support families. My approach to caregiving is rooted in patience and creativity. I strive to create a nurturing environment where children feel safe and encouraged to explore their imaginations. Open communication is key, so I provide parents with written daily reports and adapt to their preferred communication style to ensure any concerns or updates are promptly addressed. I have experience caring for children aged 0 to 11, with a maximum capacity of caring for two children at a time. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish.
