I'd describe my personality as cheerful, friendly and respectful. I like caring for seniors because they are usually very interesting people, with a full lifetime of experiences, who simply have reached a point where they need some help getting through each day. I started caring for seniors in 2020, when my late spouse was diagnosed with Lewey Bodies Dementia, a progressive and fatal disease. I cared for her until she passed in 2023. I am very prompt and dependable. I have held decision-making positions in prior employments, including the military. I possess decent strength and good manual dexterity, reasonable proficiency in home care tasks (cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc.), and maybe mist important, a personable attitude that helps me work easily with other people.
