I'd describe my personality as loving, honest and reliable. I'm looking for a job that I can help with on the weekends and some occasional weekdays. I have a full time teaching job and a very sweet 5-year-old son myself. I am open to children coming to my home or going to your home. I am comfortable with tutoring, sensory play, and incorporating learning. Also open to helping clean/tidy or any other household jobs. I started working with kids when I was 19 (over 20 years ago now!). I started in a Montessori school and am now a kindergarten teacher in the West Ada district, which I love. I have a Montessori approach in my teaching and care giving and believe the child should be met at their level with compassion and focus on exploring and finding interests of the child. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family doing sports, reading and cooking. If you need a date night sitter or weekend help, I would love to chat!
