About Dana

Hi prospective families! I'm Dana, I'm 32 and originally from Michigan. I've been in Brooklyn for 9 years now and held an array of positions in the industry over the last 15 years. From counselor to nanny, it has given me a broad skill set in the education field and truly honed my interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. I have recently obtained my ESL teaching degree as well. I love working with kids, watching them figure out the world with a fresh perspective is such a joy! Being in a hands-on, creative environment is where I thrive. I'm highly organized and efficient at multi tasking, so happy to help with things around the house if needed as well! I believe I bring a unique perspective to this position having worked with a wide age range of children from various backgrounds throughout my career. I can say with certainty that a child's well being and education is something I am passionate about. I am excited about the possibility of working with you and your family!
