I hired Damon as a caregiver for my physically and mentally disabled son who needs assistance with all aspects of daily living. Damon not only learned very quickly what sort of care my son needed, he brought empathy as well as a kind and compassionate heart to every interaction with our entire family. My son looked forward to spending time with Damon and was always excited to see him.
