I have over 12 years of experience as a caregiver. I am CPR certified and have my level one fingerprint clearance card. I am passionate about helping those who struggle with the daily tasks or even tasks they once loved. I am a natural helper and caregiving is my passion. I am a healthcare major in my senior year with an associates degree in public health. I provide a variety of services, including, bathing, exercises, cleaning laundry, transportation Services, and meal preparation, etc.. I am a patient advocate; I also take care of scheduling doctors' appointments, medication refills, and reminders. I arrive daily with a smile and cheerful "you can do it" energy. I understand that being unable to do things you once could and being so independent can cause significant mood changes, so I encourage my clients to give them positive affirmations.
