About Damien

I've always had a passion for caring for children. I believe all kids deserve to be heard and understood, which is why I strive to be an advocate for them. With three years of experience, I'm comfortable caring for up to three children of all ages. As a caregiver, I'm patient, calm, and creative. I love to engage children in both educational and fun activities, such as outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules and communicating with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise. I do this by sending written daily reports and having verbal communication during pickup. I follow the parents' preferred communication method.
