I'd describe my personality as very empathetic, patient and kind I like working with kids because I enjoy being able to make a positive difference in their lives and learn from their unique perspective on the world. I started working with kids when my little brother was born, then I started caretaking for my family and friend's babies and children. After that I grew an interest on children's well-being and the way they grow and develop based on there environment. One thing you should know about me is that I prioritize creating a supportive and nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and empowered to explore and learn. I believe in fostering open communication, collaboration, and mutual respect within the family dynamic and I strive to build positive relationships with both children and their caregivers.
