Working in a 6 bed group home setting with individuals who have autism and developmental disabilities. Teri inc. requirements are to assist individuals with their ADL'S such as bathing, eating, communicating etc. Also following the residents ABS program and providing active treatment. Other requirements were passing and documenting psychotropic and non psychotropic medication. I'v4e completed certifications such as CPR training and other safety courses. I have worked at most Teri high and non high behavioral homes during my 6 years of being at the company. These homes consist of La Costa , Montgomery , ILP, Vista, Marshall, Anza, Grace, Parham, and Carlo. I have completed Costco runs and managed schedules, filled out medication orders. Completed first aid on clients. I've also made house schedules for the Q's due to my long history of knowing clients' behaviours inside the homes..
