About Daly

Hi families! I am an upcoming graduate from UVM, studying Public Health and Sociology. I plan to stay in Burlington after graduation to continue to embrace Vermont's beauty and gain more work and life experience! After taking a Human Development course, I was inspired to begin working at a daycare, and have now been there for over 1 year as an assistant teacher floating between classrooms. I care for children ages 4 months-5 years old, but you will most commonly find me in the infant room helping with the youngest babies (4-18 months). That being said, it is a treat when I get to run around with the energetic preschoolers. In my free time I love to read, listen to music, write, and create art in all forms. I also volunteer at UVMMC as a labor and delivery doula, offering emotional support to patients. I grew up on a horse farm, so connecting with nature each day is important to me. Caring for children has been so fulfilling and I hope to find a family who could use my support!
