I have a cousin who has Downs syndrome and my family also founded an organization in 2010 for girls with special needs, so I've also worked with kids and adults with SMA, cystic fibrosis, autism, MR, MS, learning disabilities, developmental disabilities, and much more. I've been a PCA for a wide range of abilities, and I've spent the last 7 years working in a group home for adults with disabilities!
