About Dakota

I want families to know I operate with high integrity; I do what I say and hold myself to high standards. I am cheerful, fun-loving, and a good communicator. I started working with kids in kindergarten, caring for, teaching, and assisting young children. At the Montessori, my teachers frequently leveraged me to care for the younger children. As a competitive gymnast and cheerleader for 14 years, I took ownership of caring for younger children at camps and during routine practices to assist them through mentorship, coaching, getting ready, transporting them to activities, and generally being a positive role model. Caring for children allows me to take the lead, anticipate their needs, and ensure they always feel safe. The perfect job is one with clear communication and respect, and everyone feels happy overall. I will attend college in the fall for Nursing and am looking for summer employment and opportunities when I return home from school.
