About Dakota

Hello! I have recently relocated to New York! I have a masters in Special Education and have experience working with children and young adults of varying support needs four nearly 4 years. I have worked in classroom, home, and community environments to assist in completing daily tasks and acquiring life skills, including assisting with homework of varying levels. While working directly with students ranging from preschool to middle school in classrooms, I assisted in learning in math, English, science, and history. In home and community settings I have focused on skill acquisition, building communication, and establishing and following routines.
