I accepted the applicants eager and willingness to aid our family with caring for our children. Short communications exchanged following no response after the second exchange to coordinate the meet and greet. I've never received a decline or change in mind. I shared concern of her safety and also expressed there were no hard feelings if our families needs didnt meet her expectations. Reliability in child care, to me, is important. Aid with a little caution.
