I highly recommend hiring Adalie (Daisy on Care.com). She was wonderful with my father who has dementia. His needs changed dramatically and she jumped in and help in so many ways. She's an excellent caregiver (companionship, bathing, changing helping with mobility) and I trust her fully with my dad.
