About Daiane

Daiane has been an absolute blessing over the past year. I could not have imagined a better nanny situation and relationship when I decided to pursue it. Daiane started caring for my son when he was 4 months old. As he has grown and developed, she has remained attuned to his changing needs and skills. She always follows my guidance and instruction while able to offer observations and suggestions that have helped me parent and demonstrate her aptitude for early childhood development and knowledge of my child as an individual. Leaving your child with a near stranger can be incredibly hard and emotional, and since our first week with Daiane, I have not once felt uneasy or concerned. I hired her in a nanny-share; when the first family we shared with decided to send their child to day care, I worked tirelessly to find another so that I could keep Daiane in our lives. She will have been with my son for 14 months total, 5 shared with one family and 9 with another. Managing two infants and young toddlers is incredibly challenging, yet she does so with grace, confidence, and fun. She has created a lovely life for my son and I love seeing his excitement each morning when she arrives. In addition to her exceptional child care skills, Daiane is timely, communicative, and hard working. She goes above and beyond with tidying my home and keeping things orderly and neat. I could sing her praises indefinitely and cannot recommend her more highly.
