Along with 10+ years of consistent nanny experience, I have 3 years of relevant experience in caring for high-need, high-risk children ages 12-18 as a Therapeutic Behavioral Support Specialist. In this role, I was responsible for providing effective 1:1 care and training for children diagnosed with an array of conditions including autism spectrum, ADD, ADHD, RAD, PTSD & behavioral disorders.
