About Dachar

Hi! My name Is DaChar and I am a 22-year-old graduate student. I received my BA in communications from Howard University and am now pursuing my MA at VCU (virtually). I have been caring for children since my two younger siblings were born and have fallen in love with it ever since! I began my journey by becoming a childcare teacher at my home church. I then went on to get my first job ever as a child care provider aid at The Child Development Center at Dahlgren Naval base. Then, I became a before and aftercare Group Leader at Kipp Shaw Elementary school in DC. I have also nannied and babysat for over 16 kiddos (including twins!) ranging from ages 0-12. I love that with children, no two days are alike. I love not only helping them learn and grow, but I love what I as a provider learn from them as well. I am looking for fun and energetic families who need: morning care/school drop off, evening/night care, date night or errand-running childcare needs.
