About Cynthia

Hello, my name is Cynthia. I am Pediatric First Aid CPR Certified. I have experience with children with special needs, from autism to speech impaired. I have past experiences working with newborns to preteens. I love caring for children and hope to have some of my own one day. I have excellent communication skills, playful attitude, very patient, trustworthy, honest, and a very caring person. It is extremely important to me that children are safe. Also, making sure children are having fun during activities as well as learning, utilizing positive reinforcement to modify children's behavior when needed as well as following parents routines and set schedules. I take caring for children very seriously, I believe what children are exposed to can shape them as human beings and adults. I would like to be a positive influence to every child's life.
