I believe in open and consistent communication with parents, providing daily written reports and regular verbal updates during pickup. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a structured and disciplined environment. My approach to childcare involves play-based learning and age-appropriate activities. I enjoy engaging children in educational games, such as board games and puzzles, that promote cognitive development. I also delight in teaching children new skills, like swimming, as I am a skilled swimmer myself.
