Cynthia babysat for my baby many times. Cynthia is loving, engaging and trustworthy. Kids love Cynthia! I worked with Cynthia in the school setting for many years. In her role as a math coach, I attended many trainings that she conducted for the entire school and district. She helped develop my understanding of teaching and building a strong foundation for all students through concrete learning experiences using all learning modes. I saw the students she worked with make incredible gains, develop a love of learning and gain endless confidence in themselves and their problem solving skills. Cynthia is genuine and brings learning to life for students. Cynthia is able to engage students with hands on activities created based on student interest. Cynthia is successful at creating meaningful learning activities that challenge and encourage all students. She is able to easily collect and analyze data. She is able to use that data to drive instruction and close the achievement gap, even when that gap is very large and a student is well below meeting the grade level expectations. Cynthia has developed many items on a variety of assessments and is skilled at item analysis. Cynthia is an expert educator. I would highly recommend Cynthia to anyone who is in need of tutoring services.
