I worked with developmentally disabled adults for over 10 years (ran an in home community based program) and than purchased an assisted living (licensed by the state) small group home and supervised that (up to 10 staff) for 25 years. I have extensive training and experience working with both physically and mentally challenged adults. In my younger years I worked in a local nursing home as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
