As a mom of 3 grown children and young grandmother of 4, I have that level and love of children. Additionally, my passion outside of my "on paper career" has grown to be helping today's families meet the needs of their busy and often complicated schedules and lives. Nothing captures me more than the wonder of watching children grown and learn; any help and comfort I can bring to their world and to their family is truly my passion and hopefully a blessing to us both. I have experience working with families of career parents who travel or work overnight shifts and need care for their children during the overnight hours.

Cyndi is an amazing caregiver for our sweet eight M. who has fetal alcohol spectrum disorder. Cyndi kept her busy with with fun and educational activities during a long overnight stay. Cyndi followed our directions perfectly for meals and M. are well and avoided the cows milk restriction. When we asked M. said she had fun and told us about all the activities she did and the toys she played with. We will definitely take M. to be watched by Cyndi again!
