We adopted two children from Bulgaria who did not speak English and Cyna was quick to connect with the children, help with adjusting, homework, made snacks, took them to events and even invited them to some weekend events with her grand children! She was reliable, kind, and loving, like an extended family member, I was sorry to lose her when we moved to Florida!
