My husband & I met at 19, and after 28 years together, we're blessed with two wonderful daughters. Being a mom is one of my greatest joys, and my daughters are my proudest accomplishments. I'm an adrenaline junkie at heart, with skydiving, parasailing, snorkeling, kayaking, white-water rafting & swimming with sharks already crossed off my bucket list. On land, I enjoy reading, photography, hiking & traveling. My goal for 2025 is to grow a veggie garden. I served in the Air Force before becoming a 1st-grade teacher, a role I proudly held for 19 years. 5 years ago, I retired early to spend valuable time with my family before my youngest goes off to college in a few months, and I become an empty nester. Discovering Care felt like the perfect way to combine my passion for nurturing children with my extensive experience. I'd describe myself as positive, respectful, supportive & knowledgeable. As a lifelong learner, I'm always looking for new opportunities to grow & develop my skills.

Cynthia is kind, compassionate, patient, and gentle! She is able to be adaptable and come down to my son’s level to meet his needs. She works with My son to ensure that he is meeting milestones, completing assignments and developing independence daily. I hope that D continues to work with Cynthia as the days go on.
