I've been with my husband for 29 years, and we're blessed with two wonderful daughters. Being a mom is one of my greatest joys, and my girls are truly my proudest accomplishments. Before entering the world of childcare, I served in the U. S. Air Force and then spent 20 years as an elementary school teacher. In 2020, I retired at 42 to focus on what matters most-family. Those experiences shaped who I am today: positive, respectful, reliable, and compassionate. Childcare allows me to combine my love for children with a lifetime of experience in nurturing their growth-just in a different setting. I've worked with children of all ages, from infants to teens. As a teacher, caregiver, and mom, I bring over two decades of hands-on experience supporting children's development. I'm also a lifelong learner who's always looking for new ways to grow-because when parents trust me with their children, I want to give them the same level of care and attention I'd want for my own.

Cynthia has been with our family for only a week and we already feel so comfortable with her caring for our little one. Honestly, from the moment we even started the interview we had a good feeling about her and she has taken such good care of our little one. We are very nervous, protective first time parents with a bit of unique situation and we feel so lucky to have found someone who cares for our little one like we would, practices educational play, and keeps her safe and comforted.
