Cynthia was on time and friendly, however the second day wasn't so good after I left. After she left my mother-in-law took over and called me about my baby's room where my daughter had a blow out with the Cynthia and there was poop all over the diaper pail, the poop filled onesie face down on the floor and thus getting poop on the floor (which my cats were trying to get into a bit), and poop on the changing table and still on my daughter when my mother in law got her. I never got a text or anything from Cynthia the two mornings she watched my daughter and as much as I appreciated her help I didn't appreciate the left poop issue and lack of communication. I'd recommend her for toddlers and above, just not younger babies like my five month old.
